In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My dad gave me his guitar, which he had been playing for a long time. We used to sing together and it was so much fun. He passed it down to me so I could learn how to write my own songs with it. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Christina Aguilera, Back to Basics Madonna, Madonna Mariah Carey, Mariah Carey As a teenager, I was obsessed with the powerhouse vocals! I also bought the sheet music to study the notes of the runs and trained my ears to understand pop music Melodie’s and songwriting.
