About Shaylen

A soulful singer with a highly resonant voice, Shaylen Carroll (aka Shaylen) has found her comfort zone in self-aware country-pop after major-label excursions with a mix of strutting pop, dance music, and R&B. Following a series of pop EPs in 2019 and 2020, she heralded the switch with the more tender, doubting 2022 single “What If I Don’t,” a viral smash that affirmed her change of course. She made her Nashville Harbor Records debut in 2024 with the power ballad “To Tell You the Truth,” following it with singles including 2025's "Daddy Issues."
