In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is being in my room at 14, chopping samples on an old MPC that still used floppy disks. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Future, HNDRXX Future, Monster Young Thug, Slime Season Monster, Slime Season, and HNDRXX shaped how I think about emotion in music. Future and Thug pushed boundaries sonically with raw energy. Those albums taught me that vulnerability can sound cinematic and still hit hard. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “BLUNTS & WHISKEY (feat. Parkside Plug$)” One song of mine and CamDaGuapo's that I really love is “Blunts & Whiskey.” It captures that late-night LA energy—smooth but gritty—with cinematic drums and textures that feel like my signature sound but also kept the 90's west coast character. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Hearing "DRUMLINE" by ASM Bopster, 03 Greedo, and Cypress Moreno— a track I mixed—play at 03 Greedo’s shows in Sacramento and San Francisco. The crowd's energy made it an unforgettable moment. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Winning a Grammy as a producer and/or engineer is definitely on my bucket list. It’s a big goal, but I’m working toward it with every project.
