Mint Field

Mexican trio Mint Field make ethereal dream pop with nods to Krautrock and ambient, utilizing fuzzy, swirling guitars and heavenly vocals expressing deep sorrow and longing. Their sprawling, spacy songs, which are sung entirely in Spanish, shun conventional song structures but still sound accessible and inviting. Making their full-length debut with the dreamy psych-gaze of 2018's Pasar de las Luces, the group altered their lineup and released the rougher yet more rhythmically focused Sentimiento Mundial in 2020. Aprender a Ser, the band's dreamy, atmospheric third album, appeared in 2023.
