Anne Harris

Chicago-based violinist and singer/songwriter Anne Harris is a versatile performer whose eclectic style draws upon an array of folk, blues, Celtic, and other global roots traditions. She first garnered critical acclaim with her 2001 self-titled debut and 2003 sophomore album, Open Your Doors. Along with being a longtime member of Otis Taylor's band, she has released more highly regarded, genre-bending projects, including 2005's Wine and Poetry, 2008's Gravity And Faith, 2015's Come Hither, and 2019's Roots. Her seventh album, I Feel It Once Again, appeared in 2025.
