In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first time I went to China I was 3 years old and I remember sitting at my aunt's piano for hours on end. I would make up little games - dark sounding melodies would fight with cheerful melodies, and I feel like this is still how I write my songs. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Lauryn Hill, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill Little Dragon, Ritual Union MC Lyte, Lyte As a Rock These are foundational albums in my development as a musician, pushing me into exploring new sounds and stories.
