The summertime vibes persist on this lush companion EP to 2025’s Bendito Verano. On 2025’s Bendito Verano, ELENA ROSE crafted a summery statement full of engaging musical movements. Essentially an extension of the Venezuelan American artist’s bold and bright album, No Quiero Que Se Acabe Este Bendito Verano seeks to keep that sentiment going over the course of its five poppy tracks. Beginning with the lush, polyrhythmic “Quién Contra Mí,” she strikes a tone that evokes big feelings experienced in beautiful climes. The romantically inclined “La Semana” pairs her with Colombian hitmaker and genre journeyman Manuel Turizo for an Afrobeats-inspired duet, while the like-minded “TUTUTU” with fellow Venezuelan singer Alleh considerably amplifies the passion as the two mutually muse on the most intimate carnal pleasures. Her tropical predilections persist on the reflective “Te Pensé,” its considerably laid-back and subtly jazzy sonics as sun-soaked as it gets. After that penultimate track drifts into more personal messaging, the closing “AGRADECIMIENTO” switches to a whole new groove.
