“These last few weeks since my last mix here on Apple Music have been a whirlwind, including EXHALE shows at fabric in London and Tirana and Ultra Music Festival in Miami for Resistance, where I closed out the Megastructure with a b2b with Sara Landry,” says Amelie Lens, introducing this May 2026 mix. “We had the best time and cannot wait to do it all over again in London on August 21. I dropped my latest track near the beginning of that set, and it’s included here too—‘Whatever You Do,’ which is out now.” Lens’ selections here provide a digest of what’s been going on at the cutting edge of techno alongside some classics. “As always, this 60-minute mix is another full-energy journey across all the styles I love, from melodic, acid, and hard techno,” she says. “Included is the iconic ‘Red Snapper’ from K90, which brings the rave energy alive—a huge record. There’s also a track from Flour’s latest EP on EXHALE called ‘Fallen Angel,’ and just like the last one, every track hits with this insane energy, and I’m so happy they’re out this month. Also check out ‘Levate’ from Alex Farell. He’s been making a name for himself in the hard techno scene since he was 15 years old and still at school. During that Ultra Miami set, we played so many of his tracks—definitely a name to watch out for in the months ahead.”
