The August 2025 edition of Amelie Lens’ mix series finds the Belgian DJ/producer uplifted by an exciting summer. “July was another crazy month of shows which ended with me closing the main stage at Tomorrowland,” she tells Apple Music. “I still can’t believe I got to do it and, even with so many people, I felt so connected to everyone there. I’m bringing that energy to this month’s mix here on Apple Music.” Don’t expect any gentle celebrations from the techno supremo though. “Tougher [compared] to last month’s edition, these are all some of my biggest peak-time sets to get lost in,” she says. “LUCRE’s ‘Infinite Attraction’ opens this month’s mix. He used to run a fitness business before pivoting into electronic music a few years ago—and he’s now making some seriously quality tracks. I really love his sound, and this one sets the tone perfectly for the next 60 minutes. Other highlights include BK and Andy Farley’s ‘Beef Jerky’—these two were residents of the legendary Trade in London—and this one actually was a B-side to a track they did back in 2000, so ahead of its time.” And why not use this opportunity to relive one her recent triumphs? “I’ve also included again my remix of Anyma’s ‘Voices in My Head’ which is out now—a huge moment during my Tomorrowland set,” she says. “Wrapping up the mix are two tracks from my label EXHALE: ‘In the Dark’ BY A.D.H.S.—without a doubt one of the biggest records for me right now—and the track ‘Revival’ from Airod’s Amnesia EP.”
