This summer, Atlanta-based DJ and producer DJ Spinz is looking forward to spending “good times with good people” whether they’re at a BBQ, a pool party, or on a boat. For his Summertime Sounds mix, Spinz assembles a playlist that will set the vibes anywhere you go. “I wanted to give people a little snapshot of my playlist and the world at the time,” he tells Apple Music. “I feel like this is a short journey into my mind currently. I’ve been working with Metro Boomin on the A Futuristic Summa album for the past two months, so I was excited to play a couple from that, as well as some new underground artists who’ve caught my ear and some of my personal favorites in different genres, whether it’s hip-hop, Afrobeats, chill, or relaxing house. I aimed to give you some of my favorites. Whatever you’re doing, this should boost the vibrations and make it a more pleasurable experience!”
