Singer-songwriter Dhruv Visvanath’s Demons EP arrives almost exactly a year after his third album, The Book of I. Both share his signature layered vocals and instrumentation. But unlike that nostalgia-steeped record, this four-song collection wears darker shades of isolation and self-doubt: “Am I too weak to start again?” goes his refrain on “Impact”.
