All-female Irish ensemble Celtic Woman shake up their trad/pop fusion a bit with the addition of new vocalists Máiréad Carlin and Éabha McMahon, who join Susan McFadden and fiddler Máiréad Nesbitt for an especially shimmering excursion into Irish crossover pop. The quartet once again handily reinterpret outside material, weaving The Waterboys’ classic Celtic rock anthem “The Whole of the Moon” into gossamer strands of ethereal folk, while swaying gently through Ed Sheeran’s “I See Fire”. Irish traditionalists should be soothed by the jig-ready strains of "Siúil a Rún" and "Bean Pháidín".
