Winston Riley was one of the great reggae producers. His legendary "Stalag" riddim has underpinned countless hits and his career spanned from ska to dancehall. He formed the rocksteady band, The Techniques, in '62 before he switched his attention to production. Alton Ellis, Tenor Saw, Shabba Ranks, and Buju Banton are just a handful of the stars that have benefited from Riley's studio magic.
