Theory of a Deadman Essentials

Canadian hard-rock band Theory of a Deadman make music that ranges from melodic gentleness to bombastic swagger. Formed in 2001, they were the first act to sign with Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger's 604 Records. After releases that garnered mixed reactions and moderate U.S. radio airplay, the group broke through with 2008's Scars & Souvenirs, which led to an appearance at the Juno Awards. In 2014, the band released their fifth album, Savages. Through the years, they've held their own on tours with bands like Mötley Crüe, Stone Sour, Daughtry, and others.
