Members of The Afters met while working at a Starbucks in Mesquite, Texas, serving up songs for customers while on break from making lattes. Their 2005 major-label debut, I Wish We All Could Win, sealed their fame, and two tunes were used as theme songs for MTV's 8th & Ocean and ABC's Beautiful People. The album also proved their ability to mix uplifting Christian themes with glacier-sized pop hooks. They've since earned a slew of chart-topping Christian radio hits, and after several albums and big tours, the quartet's fanbase continues to swell.
