Tedashii has a Dirty South bent and a Christian sound all his own. This MC is one of the most vibrant and respected forces in Christian hip-hop, even scoring hits in the Billboard pop album charts with some of his releases. He honed his skills in Texas hip-hop troupe 116 Clique before dropping his 2006 solo debut, Kingdom People, and he has continued on, both as a solo artist and as a member of the Clique. His stunning 2014 album Below Paradise is based on his struggles with spirituality after his one-year-old son died in a car crash.
