As half of the songwriting/production duo Pop & Oak and on his own, the Turkish-born Oak Felder crafted some of the 2010s’ most memorable hits, including Demi Lovato’s “Sorry Not Sorry” and Usher’s sultry “Good Kisser.” His intimate knowledge of soul music makes songs soar, whether he’s flipping Isaac Hayes into Alessia Cara’s storming wallflower anthem “Here” or giving Miguel a juicy groove to ride on “DEAL.”
