In support of the Black Lives Matter Movement to change systematic oppression, this playlist celebrates who we are and what we can accomplish. The black community must support each other, each one of us should be our next of kin. It’s so liberating to see us rise up together. “Next of Kin” is inspired by Afrofuturism— possessing the imagined African identity that could have potentially emerged from an African cultural experience uninterrupted by oppression. This playlist mixed with Hip Hop, Rap and Reggae is set to motivate and stimulate the mind to keep pushing with confidence for greatness.
