The three siblings who comprise CAIN had a head start working on their harmony vocals while growing up in a small town in Alabama, where they shared a bedroom in a household headed by their preacher father. Taylor, Madison, and Logan Cain were clearly able to forge a close musical connection, which came in handy after they moved to Nashville and began their careers in Christian country music in the early 2010s. On songs like their 2020 breakout, "Rise Up (Lazarus)," and 2021's "I'm So Blessed," the group shows how far they've come with an energizing and engaging sound that evokes not only the influence of the church singing of their childhood but the easy-going country rock of the Eagles, too.
