With their howling vocals and artillery-like drums, Bullet For My Valentine lodge between classic heavy metal and the cascading punk of The Misfits. This Welsh band released their debut album, The Poison, in 2005 and soon were opening for heroes Metallica and Guns ‘N' Roses. In 2008, Bullet For My Valentine released their follow-up Scream Aim Fire, which went to number four on the Billboard 200. The next two records, Fever and Temper Temper, showed the band delving more into classic styles of heavy metal and also testing out other sonic zones.
