Bonnie McKee: The Songwriters

The Seattle-raised Bonnie McKee is one of pop's premier songsmiths, having written worldwide smashes for Katy Perry, Kelly Clarkson, Ke$ha and many others. She's a master at penning hypnotic tunes that feature dance-heavy beats and lyrics with melancholic undertones. Primarily influenced by Cher and Madonna, McKee released her debut album in 2004, and later focused primarily on writing for others.
