Bone Thugs-N-Harmony Essentials

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony Essentials

While hip-hop was in the middle of an East Coast/West Coast war, this Cleveland quintet of rapid-fire rappers snuck in and brought new life to the game. Originally rolling with Eazy-E's Ruthless Records, the Bones scored a crossover hit with 1994's Creepin On Ah Come Up EP and the following year's E. 1999 Eternal album. Despite rapping at warp speed, the group's melodic production and ability to slip into a sing-song flow ensured a strong radio presence. Collaborations with both Biggie and 'Pac before they passed confirms that everyone loves the crew's rugged, thuggish style.
