Bill Wyman Essentials

Bassist, author, photographer, and philanthropist—Bill Wyman has lived a million lives. Rising to fame in the early ‘60s as bassist for The Rolling Stones, the revered English polymath also launched multiple parallel bands including Bill Wyman's Rhythm Kings and Willie & The Poor Boys before officially stepping away from the rock ‘n’ roll trailblazers in 1993. He penned the psychedelic Stones’ head-trip “In Another Land” and found solo success in 1981 with the groovy “(Si, Si) Je Suis Un Rock Star,” later branching out into film scores for Dario Argento classics Phenomena and Terror at the Opera.
