On warm, energetic songs like 2014's "Sweet Chilli," he practically brings the sea to you, which is even more impressive when you consider that the pop star hails from the landlocked Czech Republic. "Pure Girl" glides on a light, effervescent synth line, and though "Bomby" rocks to a clanging trap beat filled with tight percussion and lurching breakdowns, Cristovao's vocals remain as smooth and optimistic as ever.
