In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Everyday after school I would smoke, sneak in my house trying to avoid my mom, just to write in my room to Lil Wayne and Kid Cudi instrumentals. I got so addicted to that routine and knew this would be what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Ab-Soul, Control System Kankick, Acid Massive Musical Kendrick Lamar, Section.80 These albums simply made me want to really become a musician instead of just a rapper. It showed me how to really construct an album with art and knowledge, opened me up to another reality musically and the importance of being myself. Tell us why you chose this song. “Spanglish (Black Migo)” This song is special to me because this was the first time I put my actual feelings into a song and let the world into my life. The wordplay, melody and the confidence I felt after recording this track made me feel like an actual composer. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Opening up for Chief Keef with my old rap patna has to be one of the most top tier moments. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
