In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my first music memories was finding my parents' cassette collection. I remember looking through a bin bag full of cassettes like it was treasure. I pulled out Madonna's Like A Virgin album and would listen to that every night to get to sleep! Florence + the Machine, Lungs The Corrs, Talk On Corners The Smashing Pumpkins, Rotten Apples: Greatest Hits The Corrs all time fav band! I was obsessed as a child, Andrea taught me to sing! Spent my teen years listening to RA's! Billy's voice is compelling! After I got my license I'd drive my friend around till 4am listening to Lungs on repeat, anthemic! The first song that I wrote & produced, the first song that got an editorial placement, feels incredibly empowering. An ode to the concept of the song!
