In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was 18, I had just picked up a guitar. My friends begged me to sing the song I was just playing but I kept telling them no until I finally did and they told me it was actually pretty good. It took about another two years to get on a stage. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Drive-By Truckers, The Dirty South Jason Isbell, Something More Than Free Tyler Childers, Purgatory Every single sound that is made on The Dirty South is the exact kind of sounds that I want to make with my music. Tell us why you chose this song. “Take Me Back” Take Me Back is a song I wrote about me and my brother. That song means a lot to me because looking back, I would've died for my brother but there were times I wanted to kill him. I would do anything to go back to those wild times I spent with him. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Getting to play guitar at 40 Watt in Athens to a sold out crowd with Gavin Adcock. He was gracious enough to even let me have fifteen minutes to sing a few songs of my own to that crowd. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Some goals I have for myself and for the band is to put out one new song a month in 2024, play at the Georgia Theatre, and to get out of Georgia. I have never been further north than Tennessee and no further west than Mississippi so that is important
