In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest childhood musical memories is waking up in the morning hearing my mom playing a vinyl of Anita Baker's "Songstress" in our living room and me being glued to our old Kenwood speakers to just feel the vibration of the music. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Alabama Shakes, Sound & Color Fiona Apple, Tidal John Mayer, Room for Squares I chose these 3 albums because they were a part of pivotal moments in my musical growth. Sound & Color changed the way I heard production of music, Room for Squares showed me how to make relatable songs, and Tidal taught me how to be vulnerable. Tell us why you chose this song. “Crash” "Crash" is a special song to me because I felt as though the muse was speaking directly to my soul through the lyrics. Every time I sing "Crash" I am reminded that following your heart is the ultimate freedom.
