About Veezy The Virgo

In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I grew up in a country family. My life was surrounded by Travis Tritt and George Jones. I would usually just sit and let the lyrics and rhythms soak in and when I got older, I began to listen to Eminem, where that same year, I would record Back Up. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? The Beatles, Abbey Road (Remastered) The Beatles were always ‘somewhere’ in my upbringing, and their evolution of a band always aspired me to do something different. The difference was seen from “Please Please Me” to “Let It Be” and the major difference from “9” to “Trouble” is amazing. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Homecoming (Champagne)” It’s a pretty bland pick out of all the songs in my discography but this was the first song that actually put me in the spotlight. This was actually a song I wanted to put out quickly because it was my friends 15th birthday and he wanted a song. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The day I was able to buy my first thing with my check off music made me feel like I really accomplished something. I knew that my music and rap battles would pay off and being able to know that I could possibly help my family soon keeps me going. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to experiment with a lot of genres by the time I retire. I want to make an alternative album by the end of 2024, and I already got an indie album in the works, so I don’t want my career to go down a ‘rapper’, but as genre-bending musician.
