In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Telling my mother I wanted to learn to play the violin when I was two years old. Of course I don't remember. Or the Showa song (Japanese Showa period pop songs) programmes of my childhood. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Faust, Tony Conrad, Outside the Dream Syndicate Glenn Gould, Bach: Goldberg Variations, BWV 988 (The 1955 & 1981 Recordings) Michael Nyman Band, The Essential Michael Nyman Band Because they are three albums that had a big influence on my current music production, and simply because I still like them. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The entire production process of Scapegoat. Writing, arranging, recording, dubbing, mixing and creating the story for the whole album was one of the biggest events. It was the toughest production , maintaining objectivity and distance from the work. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Integrated arts performance in open-air stadiums. To complete the Cells music series up to the seventh album.
