In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Seeing Garth Brooks in concert in St. Louis in 1996. Still to this day one of the best concerts I've ever been to. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bill Withers, The Best Of Bill Withers: Lean On Me James Taylor, Greatest Hits, Vol. 1 (Remastered) Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers James Taylor has always been one of my biggest inspirations, and I think you can hear it in my music. His songwriting and voice are like no other! And of course, Bill Withers and Tom Petty just have that thing that is objectively good! Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Lessons (Acoustic)” This is probably one of my favorite songs I've ever written. Every person that comes up to me about it has a different line of it that effected them or made them think of something specific to their life. It's just one of those rare special songs. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Probably the week my first big hit ROLL WITH ME went #1. It was just a moment I dreamt of my whole life. There were so many cool moments and stories tied to that song. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would love to do an acoustic album of new songs as well as old that are fan favorites but never released.
