In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is during Christmas. My dad would take us on Parrandas. A parranda is the Puerto Rican version of caroling. We would go from house to house with a full band, singing, dancing, drinking and eating good Spanish food. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? 2Pac, Me Against the World Fania All-Stars, The Very Best Of Fania All Stars JAY-Z, Reasonable Doubt During my childhood my parents often listened to Fania All-Stars. Me Against the World helped me during my pilgrimage phase of becoming a young man. Reasonable Doubt inspired my business endeavors to become a well diverse & focused business man. Tell us why you chose this song. “1980” I'm excited about 1980 because it's the first independent release after rebranding to Tito Tahan. I used to go by the pseudonyms; I Am The Real Super, Super and Super on the beat, on my older projects as a music producer, DJ, writer and A&R. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments in my career so far is, landing my first music production placement on Before I Self Destruct, by 50 Cent. It solidified, that I was heading in the right direction and I'll always be grateful for that opportunity. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Items left on my bucket list as an artist are, continue to push the sonic envelope. Creatively support my family by staying on the path our ancestors set. Last is, inspiring all walks of life that, life doesn't happen to you, but it happens for you.
