About The Front Bottoms
New Jersey folk-punk duo The Front Bottoms mastered punk’s DIY ethos through years of extensive touring and recording. ∙ In 2010, they had a viral video hit with the song “Maps,” which was built around a clip produced by a fan who contacted the band on social media. ∙ The group self-released two albums and two EPs before signing with Hoboken indie label Bar/None Records—onetime home of They Might Be Giants and The Dead Milkmen—in 2011. ∙ Released in 2017, Going Grey not only made the Billboard 200, but it also reached the Top 10 on the Alternative Albums and Rock Albums charts. ∙ In 2018, their single “Peace Sign” was a Top 40 hit on Billboard’s Alternative Airplay chart.
