About THE DRIVER ERA

THE DRIVER ERA is an alternative rock duo featuring singer and actor Ross Lynch and his brother Rocky, a multi-instrumentalist/producer.

∙ Beginning in 2011, Ross Lynch rose to fame as the singing star of the Disney Channel’s Austin & Ally series, the Teen Beach Movie films, and their hit soundtracks.
∙ Before forming THE DRIVER ERA, the Lynch brothers performed with their siblings in the pop-rock band R5, whose 2015 LP, Sometime Last Night, debuted at No. 6 on the Billboard 200.
∙ The duo’s first single, 2018’s “Preacher Man,” appeared on multiple Billboard charts, including Alternative Digital Song Sales and Rock Digital Song Sales.
∙ Their songs have been remixed by former R5 bandmate Ellington Ratliff, as well by as by the indie-electro groups Smallpools and Moontower.
∙ In addition to his music career, Ross Lynch is known for his acting, including his role as the teenage Jeffrey Dahmer in the 2017 biopic about the serial killer, My Friend Dahmer.
