Hollywood-based rock band the Bites transport hard rock and hair metal from the 1980s and bring it into the 2020s, complete with anthemic choruses, heavy riffs, and a fun-loving attitude. The group is fronted by social media sensation Jordan Tyler, who knew he had to put together a band after his classic rock covers started blowing up online. He drafted L.A. producer and drummer Mark Hylander, guitarists Dustin Coon and Jono Richer, and bassist Zack Currier to complete the lineup. It took no time for them to put together a solid collection of songs, which they took on tour in 2023. After capturing the hearts and minds of live audiences in the U.S. and U.K., they caught the attention of Earache Records, which released their debut album, Squeeze, in 2023.
