In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My Dad had vinyl albums of Prince, Cameo, The Isley Brothers, Al Green and more; I was obsessed with this music. My Dad cassette tapes of Public Enemy, Tribe and Easy-E; changed my life. He gave me the Easy-E tape that I would blast in my walkman. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Eminem, The Eminem Show Nas, Illmatic Prince & The Revolution, Purple Rain Prince is my all time Favorite artist and I really love everything he did on The Purple Rain Showtrack that was inspired by the classic film. Tell us why you chose this song. “The Blues” I was dealing with some extreme storms in my life when I wrote The Purple Letter LP album and this song The Blues really speaks to where I was in my life, it's my favorite song off of this album.
