In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memory was listening to classic Disney albums at night to help me fall asleep. I stacked the records up on my little player: Jungle Book, Cinderella, Peter Pan, Mary Poppins. I would obsessively listen to one after the other. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Elliott Smith, From A Basement On The Hill Liz Phair, Exile In Guyville 2018 Remaster The Beatles, Abbey Road (Remastered) All of these albums had very major impacts on my trajectory as a songwriter. There are so many more, but these three albums are literal perfection. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Shadow Clues” This was my first ever single I released as a solo artist. I've been in a ton of bands, but this was the first time that I actually used my own name & put out a song. I was inspired to write this song after studying Plato's allegory of the cave. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I think my most memorable moments were when both my first and second solo albums were nominated for San Diego Music Awards for Best Pop Album, Album of the Year and I was nominated for Best Pop Artist. I was also invited to perform in 2021! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would like get reviewed in some larger publications so more people can hear my music! Also, it wouldn't be so bad if one of my songs went viral ;)
