In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was a kid there were always songs playing on the radio, but I never really took any notice of any of them. Until one day I heard LET IT BE by The Beatles. That changed everything! Suddenly, there was MUSIC!! And I was hooked for life. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Carole King, Tapestry Eagles, Hotel California The Beatles, The Beatles (The White Album) White Album - You be forgiven for thinking it was 30 different bands that recorded this legendary album. Hotel California - Littered with hits that changed the course of music (again). Tapestry - Sublime simplicity. Heartbreaking raw reality. It's my little epic power-ballad littered with sweet surprises for the astute listener, like the guitar counterpoint throughout the chorus. Or the Beatlesque 2 bar stop before the last chorus. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Meeting famous music industry types and realising they're just normal people. We tend to build up these big perfect personas in our heads, but when you meet them one-on-one, you realise, okay, maybe I do belong here! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I have a very, very long way to go. But on a personal note, a long held dream of mine is to meet and work with Paul McCartney. He is the greatest songwriter of our time and his legacy will last for centuries. What a contribution to humanity!
