About South Study Special Aide
In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest memory was sitting at my brother's drum set, unable to reach the pedals, but trying to coordinate a basic 4/4 rhythm. The fondest memories of my childhood are of late-night jam sessions with my cousins, begging for a turn on the drums. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Antônio Carlos Jobim, Elis Regina, Elis & Tom Nirvana, In Utero (20th Anniversary Edition) Willie Colón, La Gran Fuga Early Bossa Nova, Samba, and Salsa created a magical alchemy of complexity and accessibility that I'm always trying to emulate. In Utero is, in my opinion, the best record of the 90's because it's both raw and beautiful. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Dust” I still think Dust is the best song I've ever recorded. I wrote it while me and my friends from Nematode were hanging out in Philly after a show. I sat with a Larry's classical guitar in the stairwell and worked out the chords for the first time.
