In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I can remember my Grandpa Mike sitting at his organ playing "Lara's Theme" from Dr. Zhivago. It was so beautiful it made me melancholy before I even knew what melancholy was! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Led Zeppelin, Led Zeppelin IV (Remastered) Pink Floyd, The Dark Side of the Moon Remastered The Allman Brothers Band, The Allman Brothers Band These three bands shaped my love for Rock and Jam bands. Their blues infused guitar driven music planted the seeds from which our sound as a band has grown. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Miss Your Face” This song was written during the COVID shut down. I tried to capture the feeling of anticipated joy that would come upon first seeing the loved ones we missed for so long. It also was a reflection of how much we crave human connection. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The most memorable moment in my career so far has to be performing at the Blue Bird in Nashville, Tennessee. The feeling of hushed reverence that filled my soul upon seeing how many great songwriters graced their stage. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? As a band, we would love to get on the festival circuit. There's nothing like performing at venues just packed with fellow music lovers. The energy exchange is palpable.
