My dad used to put me and my siblings to bed at night by packing us into our van and driving around the neighborhood until we all fell asleep. He'd always put on "The Last Train Home" by Pat Metheny Group. This was the soundtrack to my childhood. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Björk, Vespertine George Harrison, All Things Must Pass Bonus Tracks Version Mackeson, Cult Classic! Songwriting legends who I admire and aspire to. Being a songwriter is the most important thing to me when it comes to music and I'm always moved by these projects - they show me that good music and powerful lyrics transcend time and space. Tell us why you chose this song. “Stars” I've always loved Woods by Bon Iver and wanted to implement the stacked vocals in one of my own songs. The whole songs is just bass and vocals. It's a song about defying adversity and i think the production really encompassed that for me. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My most memorable moment was when Michelle Obama chose "Love Me Right" to put on her podcast & playlist! I had just finished reading her book when I got the email about the feature so it really felt meant to be. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I feel that my bucket list is too long to type here. You'll just have to keep watching to see me make my list happen!
