When I was 3, I was standing around the foyer of my grandparents home and singing an old and lyrically complicated Tamil folk song. My parents stared at me, laughed, and decided to put me in classical vocal lessons. That's where my journey began. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? A. R. Rahman, A.R. Rahman Best Collection James Blake, James Blake Little Dragon, Water (FKJ Remix) - Single They have all influenced me throughout my journey from childhood until now, and been there for me through the worst of times or to help inspire when I was ready to give up being an artist. Riatsu)” I recorded the vocals on this song completely on my iPhone voice notes! It was the height of the pandemic and everything was locked down, but this song reminds me of how that did not stop me from creating and releasing art, and how it kept me sane. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Being nominated for a Grammy definitely takes the cake! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? So much left to do, I've barely started! Headlining Coachella and all the major International festivals, arenas, and venues, collaborating with James Blake and Hiatus Kaiyote, and maybe someday singing the Bond Theme Song.
