In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was two years old, I can pick out songs on the piano. Later when I was 4 1/2 I received violin lessons. I played in the h.s. orchestra with the older students at 6. I liked to pick up my brother's cello and play the 'boat song' when I was 5.
