In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember going through 200-300 songs in 2019 when I met Young Fresh, my producer. We were looking for our own sound. Haven't found it yet but we're getting there... It's something about spacey melodies and heavy 808s we both love. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Kanye West, Graduation Kid Cudi, KiD CuDi presents SATELLITE FLIGHT: The journey to Mother Moon Majid Jordan, Majid Jordan I enjoy listening to these albums at night. I feel like some songs hit harder during a night drive or when you're just kicking it with some friends at home. These albums made me feel okay to be vulnerable whem I'm writing. The track's release timing, as summer waned, set the mood. I created a after party vibe because of my audience's love for night vibes with bounce. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I got to perform in front of 100 people and it was the most memorable show ever. As an upcoming artist, you don’t always get that mainstream artist treatment but everything was perfect that day. Had wireless mic, earplugs and even autotune ! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'd like to hop on different vibes. I listen to a lot of different genres so trying something else would definitely be fun. I'm thinking rock, house or afro infused sounds !
