Rxseboy is the recording alias of Anthony Tubbs, a lo-fi rapper with an earnest and conversational approach. His first recordings were released under his birth name, but Tubbs took the name Rxseboy -- and had uploaded a handful of projects to SoundCloud -- by the time he finished high school. SoundCloud also enabled Rxseboy to network with fellow producers and rappers, and as a consequence, his collaborative output multiplied through 2020. Following EP-length releases like My Mind, Enjoy the Moment, and A Catalog of Cool Songs -- all available in 2019 -- Rxseboy was just as active throughout 2020, racking up singles and featured appearances. The most popular tracks with his guest verses that year included Powfu's "Poems of the Past" and the second part of Sista Prod's "Eyes Blue Like the Atlantic." "Memory" (featuring SadBoyProlific) and "i trust u." were among his most-streamed 2020 tracks as a headliner.
