About Pierre Sancan

Pierre Sancan was a French pianist, composer, and educator of the mid-20th century. He is particularly known for his Sonatine for flute and piano, but he also composed vocal, orchestral, and theatrical works. As a performer he was a respected Debussy interpreter, and the preferred accompanist of cellist André Navarra.
