Pendant is the genre-crossing solo project of Los Angeles-based musician Chris Adams, serving as an outlet for his emotionally heavy songs about grief, sadness, and finding balance within one's self. While 2019's Through a Coil was a guitar-driven set of indie rock and dream pop tracks, he plunged into electronic music with 2022's Harp, which took influence from '90s house and rave music as well as more contemporary sound design and left-field hip-hop.
