Patrick Cassidy

b. 4 January 1962. A singer, actor, and dancer, and the son of Jack Cassidy and Shirley Jones, Cassidy has appeared on Broadway in Pirates Of Penzance (1982), as Jeff Barry in Ellie Greenwich’s Leader Of The Pack (1985), and off-Broadway in Stephen Sondheim’s Assassins (as the Balladeer, 1990). US regional credits have included The Sound Of Music, Faces On The Wall, Little Shop Of Horrors, Love Letters, Robber Bridegroom, Conrack, Martin Guerre (the show with book and lyrics by Laura Harrington and music by Roger Ames, not Cameron Mackintosh’s London version), and Company. He has also been involved in several television series, such as Napoleon And Josephine, Perversions Of Science, The Second Family Tree, Dirty Dancing, and Here’s Boomer and participated in various cast recordings.
