In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Our musical journey began in mid 1970's suburban Long Island. While other aspiring musicians were forming bands, we focused on writing songs in the basement of Jim's brick Cape in Seaford, NY. We were 15 or 16 years old. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Love Gets Strange: The Songs of John Hiatt BlackHawk, Blackhawk The Subdudes, The Subdudes Blackhawk: such a great album. No filler, great songwriting & production. What's not to like about the Subdudes? Nobody sounds like them! Love Gets Strange: some of our favorite artists covering one of our favorite songwriters. Tell us why you chose this song. “Sending Love” Written one weekend in Montauk, NY for a friend who was battling breast cancer. She asked us to write something she could use for a video diary. It's a celebration of life and humanity. We especially love the sax solo by Adam Tese!
