In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I grew up in a house of music. My father played in jazz and wedding bands, and there was never a party or gathering that didn't end up around a piano or grabbing some percussion to sing to. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The first time I opened for a huge artist in Philly was the first time I was exposed to a huge lit crowd. It shaped what I wanted and knew I could get back to with the right crowd. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I've spent too many years letting the perfect be the enemy of the good. This project is about completing the bucket list of getting my own sound out there - messy, improvisational but my own.
